Calski

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 26, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect business account details, business configuration, connected calendar information, assigned phone numbers, call and appointment records, lead details, and communications needed to provide the service. Callers may provide contact information and service-request details during a call.

2. How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, answer and route calls, capture leads, schedule appointments, send requested email or SMS notifications, display dashboard activity, support the service, and protect against misuse.

3. Voice calls and messages

Businesses configure how Calski responds to calls and whether notifications are enabled. Businesses are responsible for providing any legally required disclosures and obtaining any required consent for call recording, messaging, and follow-up communications.

4. Google user data

Calski integrates with Google services via OAuth. This section explains exactly what Google data we access, why, how it is used, whether it is shared, and how you can revoke access.

4a. What Google data we access

  • Google account identity — your email address and display name, obtained during Google Sign-In, solely to create or match your Calski account.
  • Google Calendar events — the ability to read existing calendar events and create new events on the calendar you explicitly authorise, used only to check availability and book service appointments on your behalf.

We request the minimum OAuth scopes required: openid, email, profile, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.

4b. Why we access it

Calendar access is used exclusively to support the appointment-booking feature of Calski: checking available time slots and writing confirmed booking events to your calendar when a caller requests an appointment. Identity data is used only to authenticate you and personalise your account.

4c. How we use it

Google data is used only to deliver the specific feature you enabled. Calendar data is read to determine availability and written to create appointment events. We do not use Google data for advertising, profiling, training AI models, or any purpose unrelated to operating your Calski account. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to make authorised API calls on your behalf.

4d. Whether we share it

We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties. Google data is not disclosed to any party other than the infrastructure providers needed to operate Calski (database and hosting). It is never transferred to data brokers, marketing platforms, or any service that would use it for purposes unrelated to Calski.

4e. Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke Calski's access to your Google account at any time in two ways:

  • From Calski — disconnect Google Calendar in your business settings (Settings → Booking → Google Calendar → Disconnect). This immediately deletes the stored OAuth tokens.
  • From Google — visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Calski, and click Remove Access.

Revoking access stops all future Google API calls. To request deletion of any Google data already stored in Calski, email privacy@calski.io.

4f. Google API Services User Data Policy

Calski's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Other connected services

If you connect phone providers, messaging, or email providers, we access only the information required to perform the feature you enable. You can disconnect integrations from your business settings at any time.

7. Service providers and disclosure

We use hosting, database, telephony, AI, calendar, email, and SMS service providers to operate Calski. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or as part of a business transfer.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information for service operation, support, compliance, and legitimate business needs. Authorized business users can delete supported records in the dashboard, and may request additional account or data deletion assistance.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data. No service can guarantee complete security, so users should protect their credentials and limit workspace access to authorized personnel.

10. Contact

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to privacy@calski.io.
